Company Overview:
Our client's business is a growing short-term rental property management company looking for a General Virtual Assistant to help manage guest communications and administrative tasks for Airbnb properties. Our goal is to maintain high-quality service while keeping affordability in mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Communication – Respond to inquiries, assist with bookings, and handle guest concerns professionally.
- Administrative Support – Manage reservations, update property listings, and assist with day-to-day Airbnb operations.
- Ensure Service Quality – Maintain a seamless experience for guests while optimizing efficiency.
- Property Management System (PMS) Support – Utilize OwnerRez and the Airbnb platform to streamline operations.
- Coordination & Issue Resolution – Work closely with the property owner to address any guest-related concerns or operational needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in guest communication and Airbnb administrative tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for handling guest interactions.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) within the CST timezone.
- Comfortable using Airbnb and PMS systems (OwnerRez).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
